Dress Code

The dress code for the 2009-2010 academic year has been sightly changed from the previous year. Please review the most recently updated school handbook to verify the complete dress code.

For our 2’s and 3’s Pre-School classrooms, boys are required to wear casual pants, not jeans, and a polo shirt, any color or colors. The shirt may not promote any movies, music groups, or have any other endorsement logos or words. For girls, dresses, skirts, or jumpers are required to be worn. No pants are to be worn by the girls. Keep in mind that little girls are playful and you will want to have a pair of shorts on underneath the dress for modesty.

For all boys K-4 through the 12th grade, a loose-fitting, solid color polo shirt is required to be worn. Casual pants, no jeans, corduroy, or cargo pants, must worn. A solid color polo shirt is required to be worn at all times.

For all girls K-4 through 12th grade, mid-calf modest, loose-fitting skirt, jumper or dress can be any color or pattern. Please keep in mind, the polo shirt must be worn over the dress. We no longer require the solid, navy blue skirts. No jean or denim skirts are permitted. A solid color polo shirt is required to be worn at all times.

Here are a few companies that make a skirt that fits our standards. Not all of the skirts sold by these companies will meet our dress code requirements. It is an excellent idea to measure your daughter for the right fit and length.
