GENERAL INFORMATION

• Attendee must supply their own bedding, linens and personal items. 
• The Attendee agrees to supervise and to assume all control and responsibility for all persons in their party who are, for any reason, on the facility by reason of the program or use of the facility.
• Beds and/or mattresses shall not be removed from the rooms except under the direction of the Retreat Manager. If changes are warranted, contact the Manager so that the changes can be made properly.
• At the first general meeting held, the Retreat Manager shall be given the opportunity to present any additional instructions regarding fire hazards, use of grounds, and other camp procedures and policies that may be important at this time and not listed below.
• All buildings, restrooms, and grounds shall be kept in proper order at all times by the groups using them, and at the close of the use period, it shall be the responsibility of the Attendees to see that the following is carried out:
• The Attendee will pay for any damage done by their group to the facilities, grounds and equipment. The Attendee will be charged for labor and materials beyond the damage deposit after repairs have been completed.
• The previously named person/sponsor/organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elmwood Baptist Church of Brighton, CO and its agents or employees for any losses, liability or claims of any kind, including attorney fees, arising out of its use of the facility for the dates named above.
• Absolutely no smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, pets, fireworks, or articles of incendiary nature shall be allowed on the grounds.

I have read the “General Information” shown below or in the brochure and agree to abide by all the camp rules and regulations. I also assume full responsibility for my physical welfare, and for the physical welfare of the members of my family, and will not hold Elmwood Baptist Church liable in case/s of sickness, accident or death. I also agree not to bring my pets to camp. By "Submitting Registration" you are signing this document and stating that all information is valid and correct.
