“HOW IS YOUR FAMILY?”
Nothing is more wonderful in this life than the “Family of God”
Unlike the “Creation of God”, the “Family of God” comes about as all families do…by a birth! Jesus said in John 3:7, “Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.“
The miracle of that Spiritual birth is awesome! A person hears the wonderful Gospel of Jesus Christ, and realizes in a moment that they are a lost soul for whom Jesus died and rose again.
The Holy Spirit reveals not only their need, but also their hope…Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.“
Quickly and deliberately they cry out to Jesus to forgive their sin and save their soul…and in that instant of time they are “Born into the Family of God.”
It is the desire of God Almighty that we be in “Family.” Psalm 68:6, “God setteth the solitary in families:…“
Just as each person needs to be born into “God’s Family” , they also need to be part of a “Church Family.”
Acts 2:47, “Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.“
If you are saved, let me encourage you to join a solid Bible Preaching Church that is practicing James 1:22, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.“
Get in…get faithful and get busy serving the Lord in HIS Church…only then will we be in line to hear one day soon those wonderful words from our Savior in Matthew 25:21 “…Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.“
